Location, Location, Location!
In real estate, these three words are the golden rule, and here in Martin County, the "Sailfish Capital of the World" nothing could be more true. As the diamond of the Treasure Coast, the opportunities to enjoy a unique lifestyle are endless.
With the gulfstream just off our coast, the Saint Lucie River, Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River) and Lake Okeechobee we are truly paradise. Florida's only cross-state waterway to the west coast begins here.
Recreation, Shopping, Dining, & Exploring the area:
Visit the quaint downtown villages of Jensen Beach and Stuart with our antique shops, trendy boutiques and dining options from casual to continental. Click here for the schedule of Stuart's free trolley shuttle.
If it is exploring the area Historical landmarks, The House of Refuge and Elliott Museum, both on South Hutchinson Island, are excellent choices. Across the street from the Elliott Musuem is the must see, hands on, Florida Oceanographic Society.
With over a dozen beautiful golf courses to choose from, setting a tee time should be a breeze.
And speaking of "breeze", access to our lovely beaches is only another way to enjoy your leisure time. Bathtub Beach, also located on South Hutchinson Island, is a great place to explore a natural reef and do some snorkeling
